A friend says I should post more stuff - or people may worry about me.

Still haven't had my first Hot Flush - can hardly wait.

Just a little tired lately - went to do my visiting at Peace Arch hospital today
decided to walk up the 5 floors - got to the third - took the elevator the rest
of the way - DONT THINK I WILL BE DOING THE GROUSE GRIND FOR A
LITTLE WHILE! The nurses on my floor like my new hat.

Hello Larry! You always have such great hats.
My mum told me a bit of whats going on. I wish I could come visit! Your house has been a standard at least a few times a year for so long - I miss you and Beth. (I won't be home for Christmas, so it'll have to be in the summer.) Besides, I hear you've been letting my Mum ride your bike and maybe you weren't aware that I, TOO, have my motorcycle L. (Hint ... hint.)

Thanks for your blog. Your stories (and your humour, of course) are always wonderful to hear and I'd much rather hear this particular story from your point of view than second or third hand, if that makes sense. How can we help you keep your chin up?

What new hat? Did we see it last time we visited? Why had you walked up the stairs if you were tired?! - crazy! Were they doing more tests?

My gosh! I think I'm doing well when I walk up two floors! You young people have a lot of energy....

P.S. May we see a picture of you wearing your new hat?

Hey Larry,

Remember that awesome golfers hat that was from some famous golf course in Scotland or Ireland? (It's red) Don't worry, I still have, and intend on keeping. I really like it both as a hat and as an artifact, if that's the right word. Considering it's age and where it came from. Pretty cool!

I'm glad that you seem okay from your posts, but I hope you sincerely are, and you're not just 'being a man' and saying your fine. It's okay, you can be a woman now!
He he, sorry. Not very nice. But it had to be said.

Well, I miss you Larry, and Beth! I should really get up off my butt some evening and bike over to your house.

Have a great week!

Tavia

I really do appreciate all your comments - perifferal means associated/attached to - in this case numbness of the feet - attached in some way to the brain - what little I have left.

You are keeping my chin up - more than you know!!
